Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This site (Gathos.review) is an independent review and information website about the Gathos creative API platform. It is operated by an individual affiliate marketer, not by Gathos itself.

2. What data this site collects
Very little. This is a static website — it has no accounts, no comments, and no cookies of its own.
The one exception is our free-trial bridge page. If you use it, we collect the first name and email address you enter, plus the page you came from on this site. That data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the site owner. We use it to send you occasional updates about Gathos offers and to follow up about your trial. We do not sell it or share it with anyone.
You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time, or ask us to delete your details — see section 6.
3. Hosting and technical logs
Like all websites, this site is served by a hosting provider, which may automatically process standard technical information in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — for security and operational purposes. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with any other data.
4. Affiliate links
This site participates in the Gathos partner programme. When you click a link on this site to gathos.com, the destination site (and its partners) may set cookies or use other tracking technology to record that you arrived via our referral link. That tracking happens on gathos.com, not on this site. Any data collected there is governed by Gathos's own privacy policy, which you can read on the official Gathos website.
5. Email contact
If you email us directly, we will see your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your message and we do not share it with anyone.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict our processing of it. If you used the free-trial bridge page, you can ask us at any time to remove your name and email from our lead list, and you can unsubscribe from any emails we send you. If you have contacted us by email, you can also ask us to remove your message and your address.
If you believe your data protection rights have been breached, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Changes to this policy
If this site changes how it handles data — for example, if we add analytics, a contact form, or a newsletter — we will update this page and the date at the top.
